BASIC PROGRAM - Teaches students the basics of martial arts. This program is goal based and is designed to teach students stances, blocks, kicks, strikes, and basic self defense, all while developing focus, discipline, confidence, and a winning attitude!
LEADERSHIP PROGRAM - is designed to teach students both basic and advanced techniques. Here a student learns sparring, board breaking, forms
training, advanced self defense, weapons training, and our Leadership Life Skills Program. There are 9 Leadership Life Skills. These skills are designed to challenge a student mentally, physically, and emotionally. All of our Life Skills are taught to be used in martial arts class, and to be applied in our daily lives as well. This ensures our students fully understand the meaning of becoming a Black Belt.
